Good morning, everyone!
Can you believe we are already approaching the end of 2025? I recently heard a TikTok creator say he wanted to read the terms and conditions for 2026 before agreeing to it — honestly, I can relate! :))
I’d love to get your thoughts today:
Which leadership challenge do you find the hardest?
- Having tough conversations
- Holding people accountable
- Managing high performers who resist change
- Staying positive during change fatigue
How do you personally navigate it?

To be honest each of these can be hard. A leader will have each of these conversations at one time or another. Some are exceedingly difficult particularly when repercussions will result with the conversations. I always fall back on the knowledge that we must advocate and stand firm for doing the right thing. It is not always easy to do the right thing, but we are held to that standard of accountability. I have been reading "Dare to Lead" by Brene Brown who speaks to these topics in a way that can be helpful. She likes to use the term "Rumble" to have those conversations. Another source for dealing with these types of issues can be your leadership colleagues who you work with. Finding sources for strength and advice when working through these topics will be an asset on your leadership journey.
