Gen Z

I wanted to share about a post in Becker's Hospital Review. This is a free notice that you can sign up for that has short but interesting topics that usually take less than a minute or two to read. Today in the topic list was a short article about what Gen Z desires as a benefit. Knowing what the generational populations desire helps leaders to know when recruiting. The article listed "financial wellness, over all well being, and mental health support" as desirable for the Gen Z population. Just  a thought that I wanted to share.
