Greetings all

Today June 16th is National fudge day, take your cat to work day, and eat your vegetables day. Of these three which excites you more? In the perioperative space we know that sparking interest in individuals to consider a career as a perioperative nurse is a challenge. One of the ways I have always found to spark interest is to participate in the MASH camp student opportunities. Allowing students to experience the unique perioperative atmosphere can really spark interest in our profession. How many of you have MASH camp type programs that allow students in high school to experience our specialty area of to see if this may be the career, they would be interested in.
