Greetings

                As we are about to be officially in summer what are your biggest challenges during this time of year? With summer vacations high on many lists of employees how do you manage to meet the demand to be off during this time? Are staff content with your policy n how off days are awarded? How far out do you allow staff to request days off? Do you allow one calendar year ahead to request days off? Our next LSA meeting is scheduled for June 16th at 6:00PM. Hoping you can join us.
